Koki & Loli's Big Tidy
Most of what people ask about is in the grown-up area, which is behind a small sum a young child cannot do. Tap the cog on the front page.
I bought the Full Pack and it is gone
This happens after a new device, a reinstall, or a different store account. Open the grown-up area and choose Restore. The pack is tied to the account that bought it — your Apple Account or your Google account — so make sure the device is signed in to that one, and, on Apple devices, that you are not in a Family Sharing profile other than the buyer's.
Restoring is free and can be done as often as you like. You will never be charged twice.
Moving progress to another tablet
Progress lives on the device and does not sync, on purpose — syncing would mean an account, and an account would mean collecting something about your child.
To move it: open the grown-up area on the old device, choose Backup, and copy the block of text. On the new device, open the grown-up area, choose Restore from backup, and paste it. Everything comes across — stars, stickers, rooms and all four children. A partial or damaged paste is refused, and leaves what is already on the new device untouched.
It is too hard, or too easy
Each child has their own age setting: 5–6, 7–8 or 9–10. It changes the number of things, the number of bins, whether there are decoys and clocks, and which kinds of puzzle appear at all — it is not just a size change.
Open the grown-up area, tap the child's name, and change it there. It takes effect on the next level, and nothing is lost by changing it.
My children keep overwriting each other
Make them a profile each. Up to four fit on one device, and each keeps its own stars, stickers, room and difficulty. A child picks their own by colour and character, so they do not need to read to find themselves. Tap the name at the top left of the front page.
Turning off the sound or the music
The speaker button on the front page silences the effects. The background music has its own switch in the grown-up area, so you can keep one without the other.
Making it easier to see or reach
In the grown-up area: bigger writing, reduced motion, and a left-handed layout that moves the controls to the other side. Every puzzle in the game has been checked so that it can be solved without being able to tell colours apart.
Is my child's data safe?
Nothing about your child leaves the device. There is no analytics, no advertising, no account, and no network code in the app at all. The full explanation is on the privacy page.
